Joyce was well known for her "Fat man" designs. The tall back is painted with a large flower motif, again very much a Joyce Howard signature
The seminar fee for this two day class is $200.00.
A $100.00 deposit is required to register for this seminar, which once accepted is non-refundable or transferable if you decide to cancel.
